Melissa Lahti is an executive and creative impact producer, director, & designer renowned for her expertise in trends and innovations. Her journey into the world of media production began in 2012, when she was headhunted from a background in executive buying and business management. Melissa has spearheaded award-winning cross-platform broadcast media campaigns for major studios and brands including Viacom, Disney, and PlayStation. In 2014, under her leadership, Lamplit Productions clinched the coveted 'Best Newcomer' and ‘Best in Show’ awards at the M50 in New York. Currently she is serving as an executive and creative producer at NEW MOON Films, a non-profit production company.

Her notable broadcast projects include 'The Korean War' for CCTV, 'Songland' Season 2 on CBS, one of the first shows to successfully transition to digital platforms during the pandemic.
