    Our first step for any project is to develop a 2 part strategy for each project.

    The first part highlights recommended project messaging, and key demographics for that messaging. The second part includes a detailed roadmap of suggested actions for distributing and promoting that messaging amongst those demographics.

We also believe that in order to create an equitable creative industry you have to start by creating an example through your actions.
